Terms Of Service

General

❀ All payments must be done through PayPal, and sent as non-personal.❀ It is highly preferred that contact is done through Discord, to ensure update images send correctly.❀ 2 free (major) revisions are allowed during the sketch and cleanup phases of all commissions. If rendering has begun revisions are not guaranteed and/or may cost extra.

Commerical Rights

❀ Commercial Rights are withheld unless formally discussed. This includes but is not limited to; Reselling my works, selling merchandise with my work included, or marketing a product using my work.❀ An extra fee will be required to gain commercial rights, the cost of which may vary depending on the commission type. Please contact me for more info if interested.❀ Regardless of whether or not you have gained commerical rights, I ask that my name be credited somewhere when applicable (lemonpaper).

Cancellations

❀ I reserve the right to deny commission if I deem it necessary. If payment has been sent but work not started, a full refund will be sent as soon as possible.❀ If work has started, the refunded amount will depend on work completed.Sketch phase → 80% refunded
Cleanup phase → 50% refunded
Render phase → 20% refunded❀ The same amounts above will also apply to client cancellations.
